In order to obtain excellent products each type of meat undergoes a different period of hanging, depending on the sex, weight and breed of the animal and on the required further processing. Only then are the fresh and cured meats sold to the public.

We also offer home delivery, with the guarantee that all safety and quality standards have been met.

And for those who have little time for cooking we offer a variety of oven-ready products seasoned with herbs from our organic farm La Fattoria di Bonaldo.
